SURF Worldwide is committed to hire the highest caliber of employees and emphasizes the diversity by recruiting from all around the world to achieve the excellence. SURF Worldwide provides comprehensive and competitive packages that could include salaries free of local taxes, full family status, accommodation allowance, children's education assistance, free medical and dental care, transport allowance, and generous annual leave with paid airfares to the country of origin.

The Recruitment Process

The Human Capital of SURF Worldwide manages the recruitment process, from need identification to job specification through to interviewing and hiring selected candidates. SURF Worldwide managers are fully supported by Human Capital throughout the entire process and each candidate is selected based solely on merit and ability. Depending on the type of job and the skills and competencies required, short listed candidates may undergo evaluation processes (written tests, site interview) to help identify their skills and suitability. Selected expatriate candidates will be required to complete some formalities.

Candidate can apply to a maximum of three positions of interest which correspond to his/her educational background, skills set and experience. An e-mail is sent to the candidate confirming receipt of the application.

Once the application is submitted by the applicant in our system and confirmed receipt by our HR, it will be reviewed against the requirements of the job. To enable us to scrutinize the number of applications received in our system, only the candidates most closely aligned with the job requirements and criteria will be shortlisted. Candidates who are not selected for an interview may be notified by email.

The interview process may include a telephone/video conference with a SURF Worldwide Team and will be followed by a face-to-face/onsite interview. The primary objective of the interview is to assess and verify the qualifications of the candidate against the needs of SURF Worldwide and serves as a way for the candidate to have a better understanding of the job.

SURF Worldwide will send formal offer letters to candidates who have successfully passed the interviews as well as all other job requirements.
