Code of Conduct

SURF Worldwide conducts its business in line with the applicable Laws, Regulations, Rules, Ethics and Human Rights.  SURF Worldwide Code of Conduct for all its staff MUST abide by the following fundamentals:

1.Respect, Responsible & Reliable:

 

We are pleased to support people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes but is not limited to members of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, color, immigration status, sex, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability. The fact is that we are human being, and won't all agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. We may experience frustration from time to time, but we cannot allow that frustration to become personal attacks. An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive or creative one.

2. Transparent, True & Talent:

We all must be explicit, frank, open, and straightforward in performance and execution our missions. Also, we must experience the Truth as a fact. Moreover, we should choose our words carefully. Every Staff should always conduct himself professionally; be kind to others, do not insult or put down others. Harassment and exclusionary behavior aren't acceptable. This includes but is not limited to: Threats of violence, Frauds, Conflicts. Discriminatory jokes and language, sharing sexually explicit or violent material via electronic devices or other means, Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms, Unwelcome sexual attention, advocating for, or encouraging, or any of the above behavior.

 

 3. Patient, Polite & Prudent:

 

We all are working together in the same organization to achieve the same goal. So, do not harass others. In general, you been asked to stop something, then stop. When you disagree, try to understand the reasons. Differences of opinion and disagreements are mostly unavoidable. What is important is that we Must resolve disagreements and differing views constructively.

 

 4. Integrated, Improvement, Intellectual:

 

We all must work as one team who really depend on each other without discrimination in order to produce the best work/effort we can as a company and achieve our mission. This will lead us to the growth & prosperity. We all should continuously improve our selves by training, expand the knowledge by reading, experience the virtue and the attitude that will lead to own the intellectual property of the great life.

 

 5. Review & Think, Plan & Implement:

 

We all are living in the same universe; our differences can be our strengths. We can find strength in diversity. Different people have different perspectives on issues, and that can be valuable for solving problems or generating new ideas. Being unable to understand why someone holds a viewpoint doesn’t mean that they are wrong. Don’t forget that we all make mistakes and blaming each other doesn’t get us anywhere. Instead, focus on resolving issues and learning from mistakes.
